The brief

Bacari was a new business in Ubud, so a strong online presence mattered from day one. Before anyone walks in, they look for the wine list, the tapas, the opening hours, the address and a way to reserve. The website had to introduce the brand and answer all of that in one place.

The approach

We built the website around what a visitor wants to know before choosing a wine barthe story of the venue, the three menus, where to find it, and how to book. The look is quiet and confident, so the wine and the room do the talking.

The story

Bacari is a wine and tapas bar on Jl. Goutama in the heart of Ubud, serving wines by the glass from the Old World and the New, sharing plates and cocktails. As a new business in Ubud, it needed a strong online presence from the start, so Vrozzy introduced the Bacari brand to the digital world with a website that gives visitors the full picture.

a.

A website that introduces the brand

The home page opens with a single line, "A proper wine & tapas bar in the heart of Ubud," and goes straight to what guests came for. The Wine, Tapas and Cocktails menus sit right at the top as large buttons, and an About page tells the story of a place for wine lovers to gather in Ubud. The tone is relaxed and confident, much like the bar itself.

b.

The menus

Each menu is one tap away. The wine book, the tapas menu and the cocktail menu are all available to read and download, so guests can plan a table before they arrive. A section on the home page also pulls in the bar's Instagram feed, which shows the glasses, the plates and the room in real time and keeps the site feeling current.

c.

Everything about the venue

Practical information is always easy to reach. The address, the opening hours (every day, 5 to 11 pm), the phone number, the email and a link to Google Maps are all collected in a clear contact and reservation section, and an FAQ answers the common questions up front. A Reservation button in the header opens WhatsApp, so a booking is a single tap away from any page.

d.

What we built

  • A complete website for the Bacari brand
  • Wine, Tapas and Cocktails menus, available to read and download
  • About, Blog and Our Brands pages
  • Venue information: address, opening hours, map and FAQ
  • A contact and reservation section, with WhatsApp enquiries
  • An Instagram feed to keep the site current
  • A responsive layout for phone, tablet and desktop
e.

The outcome

Bacari now has a website that does what a new venue needs: it explains who they are, shows what they pour and serve, and makes it easy to find the door and book a table. Visitors get a complete picture of the bar before they walk in.
