The brief
Downtown Boutique Villas needed its website rebuilt from scratch. The client wanted the simplicity of a one-page site, but also a page for each villa type so guests could compare them properly, and a booking engine linked in so that the journey from first look to booking was complete.
The approach
We designed the home page as a singlescrolling page and then adapted it into a multi-page website, so each villa has its own page. The booking engine is connected throughout, with a Book Now button always within reach.
The work
The story
Downtown Boutique Villas is a collection of nine villas in the heart of Seminyak, two minutes' walk from the district's restaurants and shops. Every villa has its own private pool, a fully equipped kitchen and a contemporary design. We rebuilt the website from scratch, so guests can explore the villas and book directly.
One page, then many
The brief began as a one-page website. It is fast to read, and the page runs from location and facilities to the villas, the benefits and a contact form. As the project developed, the client asked to showcase each villa type individually, so we extended the single page into a multi-page website. The home page still tells the whole story in a scroll, and every villa type now has its own page with its own facilities list and a Book Now button.
Five villa types, one place
The villas range from the One Bedroom Deluxe Villa to the Four Bedroom Grand Deluxe Villa. Each villa page has its own list of facilities, such as air conditioning, an optional open or closed living plan, a fully equipped western kitchen, broadband and a private lap pool. Guests can see exactly what they are booking and move between villa types without losing their place.
Connected to the booking engine
The site is integrated with the villas' booking engine, so the customer journey is complete from start to finish. A Book Now button stays in the header and on every villa page, and there is a Special Offers page for promotions, so a guest who likes a villa can check dates and book in one step.

The outcome
The villas now have a website that is simple to move around and complete: guests can find the location, compare each villa, read the benefits and book directly. The same pages work on phone, tablet and desktop.
