The brief
Bali Arts District offers multi-concept sets and locations for the TV, film and photography industry. Producers and photographers need to see the spaces quickly and book them with as little back-and-forth as possible, so the website had to do more than display photos.
The approach
We built the site as both a showcase and a booking gatewayevery studio gets its own page, and an integrated booking system takes a customer from first look to confirmed booking in one place.
The work
The story
Bali Arts District is a collection of five studios and sets in Canggu, Bali, built for the TV, film and photography industry. The client came to Vrozzy to build their digital home: a website that shows the spaces and is also where a booking actually begins.
The studios come first
The site leads with the spaces. The home page opens on the studio line-up, and each studio, from the Secret Garden Studio to the Water Studio and the Kasbah Studio, has its own page with its size, features and what's included. Producers can compare locations and move straight to booking without hunting for a contact form.
Booking from start to finish
A booking system is built into the site and handles the whole experience, from picking a studio to confirming the booking. Every studio page has a Book This Studio button, and a calendar-based booking form takes it from there, so the booking journey stays in one place.
More than the studios
Around the studios, the site carries the rest of the offer: online catalogues for the Fashion Archive and the Props department, a blog with location guides, a contact page, WhatsApp for quick questions, and English and Indonesian versions of the site.
